Stakeholders like customers and communities find that financial reporting alone no longer satisfies the needs for information about overall organizational performance. I had paid requested amount to V M Movers and Packers at Nagpur and wanted to send 6 boxes to Bangalore from Amravati (door to door). As per deal, they came at amravati and picked up my luggage and those were just packed with tape (tisco) and said they will laminate it in Nagpur before sending which they didnt do....
Once my luggage reached Bangalore, they asked me more money Rs2000 otherwise asked me to pick luggage 25 km away from my house (in the outscirt of city). When i fought with them saying, i will not pay extra money but they didnt listen and refused to send luggage! I have spent Rs800 on phone to make them understand but these ***** were very bad ppl.
Finally i paid 50% more money to get my luggage back. This is not the end of story, i received my luggage with opened boxes (bad condition) and nobody was ready to listen. I lost few of my valuable things as well.
It came to lnow that, V M Packers dont have branch in Nagpur and they send it thru Pawan Frieghts careers (by KG which would cost them Rs 800 only) and they didnt pay door delivery charges to Bangalore people and didnt laminate or packed my luggage. This was worst customer sevice i have ever received in life. V M Movers and Packers is the worst and people working there are f***.
